OCR Search Pro
Find this at More → Documents → OCR Search. The Document Organizer with OCR lets you store documents — leases, inspection reports, insurance policies, permits — and search the text inside them. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) reads the content of scanned documents and PDFs so you can search by keyword across your entire document library.
To use OCR Search:
- Open OCR Search from the More menu
- Add a document by taking a photo or importing a PDF from your Files app
- KeyLoft indexes the document text
- Use the search bar to find any document by its content
All documents are stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud — they never leave your Apple ecosystem.
Export Data Pro
Find this at More → Documents → Export Data. Export your KeyLoft data as CSV, QuickBooks-compatible, or Xero-compatible files. You can export:
- Expenses (CSV)
- Income / rent payments (CSV)
- Tenant and lease data (CSV)
- Accounting data formatted for QuickBooks or Xero import
Exported files are saved to your Files app and can be emailed to your accountant or imported directly into your accounting software.
Property Map Pro
Find this at More → Maps & Location → Property Map. See all your properties plotted on an interactive map. Tap any pin to see the property name, status, and a shortcut to the property detail view. Useful for understanding your geographic portfolio distribution and planning visits.
Vendor Directory Pro
Find this at More → Maps & Location → Vendor Directory. Your Vendor Directory is a contact book for all the contractors, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and other service providers you work with. For each vendor you can store:
- Name and company
- Phone number and email
- Service specialty (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Properties they're associated with
- Notes and ratings
Vendors in your directory can be assigned directly to maintenance requests, making it easy to contact the right person when something goes wrong.
Drive Planner Pro
Find this at More → Maps & Location → Drive Planner. The Drive Planner helps you plan efficient routes when visiting multiple properties in one day — for inspections, rent collection, or maintenance checks. Add the properties you need to visit and Drive Planner organizes them into an efficient route that you can open directly in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
Pro tip: Log your planned drive as a mileage trip in the Expenses tab to capture the tax deduction for your property visits.
